Lukes Gym is a European style gym set within and surrounded by the beautiful jungles of Thailand.

Our Beliefs:

We strongly believe that if you consistently work hard and give everything you can when you are in the gym, you will be able to obtain the body that you aspire to have.

We believe that practicing healthy habits, will help you to live a healthier lifestyle and transform yourself into the person that you really want to be.

Facilities:

Inside of the gym is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness with separate men‘s and women’s toilets, changing rooms and shower facilities.

A clean sweat towel is available for you on your arrival into the gym and we are happy for you to help yourself to as many more as you need to use throughout your session in the gym.

Lukes Gym (600ml) bottles of water are also available for purchase to help keep you hydrated.

Membership Prices:

Daily Drop In (1 Day): 200-baht

Weekly (7days): 1,000-baht

Monthly (30days): 1,300-baht

Three (3) Months: 3,600-baht

Six (6) Months: 6,600-baht

Yearly (12) Months: 10,000-baht

Protein Shakes:

Individual Protein shakes are available for purchase and are all made fresh to order and drink in our onsite Jungle Drink Shack or they can be made to take away for your convenience.

All of our protein shakes are made with cold bottled-water or dairy-milk or soy-milk depending on your preference and all are blended with ice to give you a cool and more refreshing shake.

Flavours:

We offer strawberry, vanilla, banana or chocolate whey protein.

Our Pea Protein has no added flavour and has a very natural taste but you can add some fresh strawberries or bananas if you would like to for no extra cost.
